Felicity Materazzo Clinical Psychology is an Adelaide-based psychology private practice providing high-quality, professional, evidence-based assessment and treatment for adolescents, adults and older adults of a wide range of psychological problems in a safe, caring and non-judgemental environment. Felicity Materazzo Clinical Psychology will tailor an individualised, evidence-based treatment approach to help you achieve your goals and thrive.

Felicity Materazzo Clinical Psychology brings experience in a broad range of mental health settings, including hospital-based and community mental health, individual and group therapy and draws upon a wide range of therapy approaches including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness- based therapies and Metacognitive Therapy.

About Me

“ I have been working with clients for over 28 years and I am passionate about connecting with clients and helping them feel better about themselves, have more satisfying relationships with others and lead better and more meaningful lives.”

Felicity, a registered psychologist since 1997 and clinical psychologist since 1999, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, First Class) and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Adelaide.

With expertise in managing chronic pain at Flinders Medical Centre’s pain management clinic, Felicity has led group-based CBT. She also worked at Margaret Tobin Centre and community mental health clinics, helping individuals with a wide range of mental health issues. As a Board-approved supervisor she has supervised psychology registrar trainees.

Her peer-reviewed research covers topics like chronic headache and paediatric pain.
