Meet Felicity Materazzo
Felicity registered as a psychologist in 1997 and brings over 17 years experience to the profession.
She has undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, obtained at University of Adelaide. This includes a Bachelor of Arts, Honours (First Class) & Master of Psychology (Clinical).
Felicity's peer-reviewed published research spans across fields such as on chronic headache and paediatric pain and Felicity's areas of expertise and interest include the assessment and treatment of adolescent and adult mental health.
With an experienced background in psychological management of chronic pain conditions through her work at Flinders Medical Centre’s pain management clinic, Felicity has facilitated extensive group-based CBT and mindfulness-based programs for adolescents and adults. Her background in Margaret Tobin Centre, the in-patient mental health facility servicing the Southern Adelaide region and in community mental health clinics brings experience in helping individuals with a wide range of mental health problems. As a registered clinical psychologist, she also provides supervision for trainee psychologists at Flinders Medical Centre.
